Bass is now about 10:00. But, remember, I have the xovers almost all the way up, so that's the trade off - I might like more low bass but with this xover setting I can't get it with too much up high. In any case, this works very well - the speakers are very well balanced.
Now I'm really able to appreciate the mean trick you've pulled-off here. You've made a wideband-driver-based speaker that is naturally-balanced, without resorting to front-loading which does boost the lower mids but also brings colorations (again, the Maarga revealed to me just how colored my Beauhorns were).
You've got some seriously good speakers here. They ought to be much better known.
